A

Hvernig verkið fellur að öðrum verkum, og hveru afmarkað það er . Með skýra byrjun , miðju og enda.

A

hversu mikla endurgjöf starfsmaður fær frá verkinu sjálfu eða með því að vinna verkið.

Task feedback. The extent to which the individual gets direct information from the task itself (as opposed to a supervisor) about his or her level of performance
