Practice performed without break
What is distributed practice
Learned in sessions, includes intervals
What is fixed practice
Practiced in a single situation
What is variable practice
Practiced in different situations
Give one pro and con of visual guidance
Easy to understand, harder to show difficult skills
Give one pro and con of verbal guidance
Can be hard to understand, important for more difficult skills

Give a ‘feel’ for the movement but not always practical
