Narcotics- pain reliefers that can change your mood

What is blood doping
A banned process, not a banned negative. Blood doping invplves boosting the number of red blood cells in the bloodstream in order to improve your performance. Because red blood cells carry oxygen to the muscles having a higher concentration of these cells in your blood can improve your aerobuc capacity
