Essential for long-duration, moderate- intensity sports supporting endurance and fueling aerobic activities
What is the purpose of proteins
Supports muscle: repair, recovery and growth. Aids in reducing soreness, maintaining muscle mass and repairing muscle fibres after exercise.

Important fir vision, skin, red blood cell formation, healing, healthy bones and teeth, blood clotting.
