What is Cariogenic Shock?
It is caused by inadequate function of the heart, or pump failure.
What is obstructive shock?
It is caused by a mechanical obstruction which prevents an adequate volume of blood to fill the heart chambers.
What are the three most common examples of obstructive shock?
cardiac tamponade, tension pneumothorax, and pulmonary ebolism
What is septic shock?
Septic shock occurs as result of a sever infections usually bacterial
What is neurogenic shock?
Damage to the spina; cord, usually at the upper cervical levels which may cause signification injury to the part of the nervous system that controls the size and muscular tone of the blood vessels.
What is distributive shock?
It results when there is a widespread dilation of the small arterioles, small venues or both.
What is Anaphylactic shock?
Anaphylactic shock occurs when a person reacts violently to a substance to which he or she has been sensitized.
What is psychogenic shock?
It has a sudden reaction of the nervous system that produces a temporary generalized vascular dilation, resulting in fainting or syncope.
What is hypovolemic shock?
is the result of an inadequate amount of fluid or volume in the circulatory system.
What are non hemorrhagic causes of hypovolemic shock?
may involve bleeding while vomiting and diarrhea
