• Auscultate all fields of the lungs

• Inspect and Palpate the chest to rule out trauma
• Shine light in each eye to assess PEARL
  (Pupils Equal and Reactive to light)
• Perform a stroke test

• Inspect and Palpate the injury to rule out trauma

Question 5

What do you do in Integumentary?

Answer 5

• Expose the affected location for signs of hives or a rash

- Ask about any previous risk to harmful materials

• Inspect and palpate the abdomen to rule out trauma

- Ask about food / fluid intake and urine / fecal output

Question 7

What do you do in reproductive?

• If prudent, visually inspect the site and document findings
• Inquire about sexual history / potential risk factors
