What is polyarticular JIA?
A
idiopathic inflammatory arthritis in >5 joints or more.
Its SYMMETRICAL and can affect both large and small joints.

What are the signs?
A
Symmetrical distribution Mostly negative for rheumatoid factor more common in females mild fever anaemia reduced growth Not as many systemic features as systemic JIA.
