poor growth, social isolation, increased risk for infections.
distance themselves form other increased infection risk and inability to do certain activities such as sports.
weak immune system, fighting CF al of the time.
poor growth- decreased nutrient absorbent due to it affecting digestive system as well.

painful episodes, shortness of breath and tiredness.
struggle to do daily tasks as it might take up a lot of energy and they may find it physically hard to do. they could also be in a lot of pain so can’t actually move to do what they need to- sedentary life.
tiredness- due to anaemia.
shortness of breath- blood can’t transport effectively.

A

increased risk of serious infection, anaemia.
could lead to staying inside and not having a lot of movement.
might not want to risk getting a life threatening infection as they are more prone- often causes spleen damage and immune system problems which causes a decrease in immune response.
anaemia- due to blockages preventing blood flow which have later more serious consequences.
