-regularily drinks more than the recommended amounts.
- makes decisions and actions that are negativity affected by their alcohol consumption.
- becomes dependant. (not in control.)
- binge drinks (consumes a large amount in a short period of time.)

- becoming aggressive or violent.
- lack of concentration.
- trips, falls, causing injuries.
- hang overs (headaches, dizziness, dehydration.)
- making poor judments such as having unprotected sex, drunk driving.

disease of the major organs (liver, heart kidney), cancer (mouth, throat, oesophagus, breast), stroke, stomach ulcers, weight gain, infertility/ impotence.

low self-concept, personality change, addiction.

depression and anxiety.
