aersols, mould spores, cigarette smoke, carbon monoxide from faulty boilers.

farm fertalisers and pesticides, factory watse, sewage leaks.
what causes land contamination?
landfill, intesnive farming resulting in soil pollution.
what are food pollutants?
pesticides and fertalisers, chemcials used in food processing.

machinery, traffic, loud music.

excessive artifical light, for example street lights at night.
what are the negative effects of pollutants?
- during pregancy, low birth weight or premature birth.
- reduction of brain function, thinking skills and memory.
