Each common iliac artery ends at the pelvic inlet IN FRONT of the

ANTERIOR DIVISION of INTERNAL ILIAC ARTERY
UMBILICAL - obliterates
SUPERIOR VESICAL
OBTURATOR - pelvic muscles; medial compartment of the thigh
INFERIOR VESICAL (male) - base of UB, prostate, seminal vesicle, ductus deferens, lower ureter
VAGINAL (female) - vagina and base of UB
UTERINE - uterus
MIDDLE RECTAL - rectum, anal canal
INTERNAL PUDENDAL - muscles of the anal canal, skin and muscles of the perineum
INFERIOR GLUTEAL - gluteus maximus, piriformis, quadratus femoris
Lumbosacral Plexus (L4-L5; S1-S4)
