What does apolipoprotein do?
- package lipids and help with solubility and metabolism
- Directs lipids to target organs and tissues
What does lipoproteins do?
- transport lipids in the blood
- Lipid + apolipoprotein
What makes lipids (which are water insoluble) soluble?
packaged by apolipoproteins as lipoproteins
