Fracture + dislocation of base of 2nd metatarsal +/- dislocation of other metatarsals at the tarso-metatarsal joints

No longer holds metatarsal in joint

CT scan Difficult to see on x-rays

A
-Grossly swollen -Bruised foot -Unable to weight bear -BE VERY WARY OF NORMAL LOOKINGX-RAY
