Elimination DIY test, try lactase free diet
Standard lactose tolerance test: BG levels are measured before then again at 30 and 60 min after eating 50g of lactose. Blood will be analyzed for lactose malabsorption
Lactose Hydrogen Breath test: Breath samples taken to indicate if malabsorption rises
