Increases the heart rate and it has to pump the thicker blood around the body and this can lead to an irregular heart rhythm
What are other affects of dehydration
Increase in body temperature decrease in reaction time
Muscle fatigue which leads to cramps
Dizziness, nausea, blurred vision and headaches
