The media coverage is a lot less than men’s
If it is popular yeh focus is more on how they look and personal life rather then there sporting ability
The money received by women is usually a lot less than men who compete at the same level like sponsorship and funding
How can time affect women’s participation
Women have to generally juggle many different things in they’re lives
Alongside work is cooking cleaning looking after children and shop
Resulting in a lot less time to participate
How does the idea of role models affect women/girls in participation
They’re are fewer female role models in sport and therefore less girls are to look up to join the sort if it’s all male dominated
