redesign job to reduce demands, increase autonomy, increase social connectedness

practical and direct such as helping w errands

sympathy, listening, caring

providing problem-solving info
What is appraisal support?
giving esteem-building support
How to avoid choking?
practice in a pressure situation and train until you don’t overthink it
