What is organizational culture?
shared, taken-for-granted implicit assumptions, perceives and reacts to various environments
What are the 4 characteristics of organizational culture?
shared concept, learned over time, influences work behavior, and impacts outcomes at multiple levles
What is a weak v strong culture?
weak has lots of variance in mentality, and strong has little variance
