What is interdependence?
the extent to which members are dependent on each other to accomplish their work
What is task interdependence?
team members depend for information, materials, and other resources to complete job tasks
What is outcome interdependence?
outcomes of task work are measured, rewarded, and communicated at group level, emphasize collective outputs
What is trust?
reciprocal belief another will consider intentions, willingness to be vulnerable
What are the three forms of trust?
contractual, communication, competence
What is the forming stage?
