it can lead to heat exhaustion

How can you metabolic rate help you?
An increase metabolic rate increases respiration, producing more heat inside your body
What hormones can increase your metabolic rate?
adrenaline and thyroxine
What is frostbite?
localised hypothermia caused by blood moving away from your extremities
what is the definition of burns?
localised hyperthermia due to exposure to heat
