A

abnormal neurologic signs

behavioral changes, recent school failure, fall off in linear growth rate

headache awakens the child during sleep

migraine and seizure occur in the same episode

focal neurologic signs

cluster headache esp < 5y/o

A

avoid stimuli - stress, fatigue, anxiety

ACETAMINOPHEN or IBUPROFEN
