what is task cohesion?
only concerned with the end result and how well a team works together to achieve goal

what is social loafing?
when an individuals effort levels drop in a group (feeling like they are less important in a team)

things that go wrong during a performance that prevents an athlete/a team from reaching full potential
how do faulty processes happen?
by reduced cooperation
