A

He clips onto harness handle. Bowline-on-a-bight must be untied before doing this. Cross reference this to EVO 25 +26 where lowered member uses a bowline-on-a-bight with a slippery hitch know to be lowered.

A

Midway between the substantial object and the roof’s edge. This applies in all situations when member is lowered by another member.
