He clips it on to the bottom part of the hook of your harness. Cross ref this with atlas belt where it is clipped onto the O ring

Where does the member to be lowered clip the hook end of the rope onto?
He clips onto harness handle. Bowline-on-a-bight must be untied before doing this. Cross reference this to EVO 25 +26 where lowered member uses a bowline-on-a-bight with a slippery hitch know to be lowered.

Where should the lowering point be located when doing the LSR operation?
Midway between the substantial object and the roof’s edge. This applies in all situations when member is lowered by another member.

What command must be given by lowered member while out of reach from victim to alert the guide member/lowering member that they are approaching the victim?
“STOP” - This is done by lowered member in all situations.

NOTE - If conditions do not demand the removal of the victim, good judgement dictates that the member enter the area and take the necessary action to reassure, protect, and confine the victim until the danger has passed.
