Note:
Every member who is on duty working in the unit that has been randomly selected for testing, including details wheather or not such members are normally assigned to the unit will be tested. A member who’s group number is selected to work but is working in an off line capacity on the same date and tour will get tested, including light duty and administrative details. A FF who is detailed out to another firehouse will not get tested
