A

Patient is 62 years old woman and has aortic valve stenosis resulting in the patient feeling lightheaded, shortness of breath, and chest pain. It was hard for the heart to pump blood through the valve, blood was going back to the lungs.

Found on the echocardiogram- calcifications
Discovered on the electrocardiography- that the mitral valve had to be replaced
Tight Aortic Valve so Mitral Valve is leaking
Small incisive on the right side, replace the aortic valve and replace/ repair mitral valve
