Infant - flaccid baby syndrome. constipation, limp neck.

Symptoms:
(Tetany) locked jaw (massater muscle), descending until respiratory failure, back arches, face tightens, can break bones, pain, exhaustion

Symptoms:
Cutaneous - papule, blister, red, black, scab, heals (rarely systemic)
Intestinal - vomiting, intestinal pain, bleeding, death
Pulmonary - toxemia - hemorrhage, edema, necrosis. meningitis - death. early phase - mild, fever, no runny nose, no nasal congestion. late phase - death (fulmitating, fever, labored breathing, chest pain, bp down). Enough toxins made. no survivors

Elderly, Immunodeficient, unborn (mother subclinical) high affinity for placenta and fetal brain
