Both have elevated Hb & RBC mass; PCV NOT due to low O2 sat or elevations of EPO (both norm)
Tx hepatic encephalopathy
Lactulose; Antibxs (e.g., neomycin to wipe out gut bacteria)
Young pt w/ status epilepticus; Her parents refuse tx on religious grounds
Immediate threat to life, so tx & seek court order
Percent of data lies within one standard deviation
