(minimal) Trauma Triad: AP chest, AP & lateral c-spine, & AP pelvis

Mother frustrated w/ child yells at husband
Displacement (defense mechanism)
Immunodef w/ chronic respiratory infx & positive nitroblue tetrazolium test
CGD
Natural hx leiomyoma
Regress after menopause (estrogen levels down)
antihypertensives in pts w/ severe preeclampsia
Hydralazine, Nifedipine, Labetalol, Sodium nitroprusside; (may also use HCTZ, as long as not causing dehydration)
Unilateral periorbital HA w/ tearing
Cluster HA
Back pain worse w/ standing & walking, relieved w/ sitting & hyperflexion of hip
Spinal stenosis
Acute onset monoarticular joint pain & Bell’s palsy - Dx & Tx
Lyme disease (bite of Ixodes tick); Doxycycline
Teenage girl, prolonged bleeding after dental surgery & w/ menses, Labs: normal PT, normal/increased PTT, increased BT; Dx & Tx
vWD - Tx w/ desmopression; Acutely, FFP or cryoprecipitate
Most common cause of travel’s diarrhea
ETEC (Enterotoxigenic E. Coli)

Only indication for hypertonic saline to pt w/ SIADH
