Risk factors for ovarian cancer
Ovulation: nulliparity, FH (BRCA1, BRCA2) ; Protective factors: breastfeeding, pregnancy
Serum marker may be elevated during endometrial cancer
CA-125 (may be elevated)
Serum marker usually elevated during ovarian cancer
CA-125 (usually elevated)
Next step mgt CIN 2 lesion on bx
Excise affected portion w/ LEEP, conization, or laser ablation
Next step mgt ASCUS pap smear
Repeat pap in 3-6 mo., possibly 12 mo.

Colpo w/ endocervical curettage; If over age 35 or risk factors for endometrial cancer, then endometrial bx
