Non-weight bearing; Surgical pinning; If hypothyroidism, ppx surgical pinning on contralateral side also
Tx juvenile rheumatoid arthritis
NSAIDs- 2 trials; Steroids or Methotrexate
Tx Osgood-Schlatter disease
Stretching, ICE, NSAIDs; NOT need to limit sports; NOT knee to immobilize need
Tx congenital developmental dysplasia of head
Pavlick harness
