Officers making contact with sexual offenders or sexual predators that have a Person Alert Message, must contact a Sexual Crimes Section (SCS) investigator to be called out to their locale. Officers making an arrest of an offender will contact SCS with the information so that the offender’s file can be updated accordingly. The form will be faxed to the Central Records Bureau, Automated Systems Unit, and the information will be entered into the CJIS for a period of ___ days.
