What is the instinct theory of aggression?
The instinct theory of aggression suggests we have the instinct to become aggressive and the instinct will build up until release. It is a innate biological hunger, like sex. People are born with this and have to learn to adapt to it.
What is the social learning theory of aggression?
The social learning theory of aggression states that aggression is a behaviour that is learnt by observing others and experiencing reinforcements for such behaviours
What is the frustration aggression theory?
The frustration aggression theory states that aggression comes from frustration by not achieving goals or experiencing a progress block.
What is the revised frustration aggression theory?
The revised frustration aggression theory states that aggression occurs when frustrated and with an increase of arousal and then subsequently anger.
