    The International Labour Organisation (ILO) count is the internationally agreed definition of unemployment. Defines the unemployed as those without a job, who have been actively seeking work in the last 4 weeks and who are available to start work in the next 2 weeks, whether they are in receipt of Job Seeker’s Allowance or not.
