Competencies related to a job family
What are unique or distinctive competencies?
Competencies that define competitive advantage
What are replacement charts?
Identify a short list of successors including their performance and when they may be ready.
What are replacement tables?
Highly detailed information about all possible successors and included career preferences and training needs.
What are some developmental opportunities?
Promotions, job rotations, special assignments, formal training and development, and mentoring and coaching.
