What are some of the features of a popliteal annyrusum?

A

Is a dilation of the popliteal artery by greater than 50%, and as the fascia is tough and non extensible this affects other structures, mainly the tibial nerve. You will feel a palpable pulsation and hear abnormal arterial sounds.
