Damage to the medial meniscus and the medial collateral ligament
When do you see damage to the collateral ligaments?
When a force is applied to the side of the ligament
What is the most common method of damage to the PCL?
A dashboard injury
When causes a unhappy triad?
A lateral force to a extended knee
