Q

Systems furniture plan - how are these broken up to be manageable?

A

There is a separate furniture plan in addition to the floor plan. Dimensions locating clusters of workstations in relation to fixed building elements are on this plan as well as locations for electrical infeeds. An additional plan for workstation components with workstation type codes is prepared. Large scale detail drawings have the model numbers and finish information for each part. Sometimes the large scale detail plan is further divided into a panel plan and a component plan to allow for part numbers These drawings are then used to deelop the specifications for the systems furniture as well as for installation
