Physical training involving alternating high-intensity activity with low-intensity recovery periods.
What is Plyometric Training?
Exercises that involve rapid, explosive movements, using maximum force in short bursts of time
What is Weight Training?
Training that involves lifting weights to increase muscle strength, often using a structured exercise program.
