Put similar sized leaves into three of the tubes and seal - trap with bung
Keep fourth empty - control

A
Completely wrap one tube in aluminium foil, and a second in gauze

A
Place all tubes in bright light. Let’s plenty of light onto uncovered leaf, and a little on the gauze. Foil gets no light

What do you do fifth? (Leave)
A
Leave tubes for an hour, then check colour of indicator
