Then

ENDORSE the TA by writing VERIFIED across the face of the form along with:

(when outside Metrol Controlled area)?

A

Another train will be stationary and located a minimum of 100m from the limit of where the wrong line movement will go to

(SNC will take charge of move and issue of TA)

OR

it must be stopped 100m before outer most set of points & obtain verbal permission to enter station limits from signaller

A

The signaler must confirm that the train is complete. Then they cancel the train authority and notify TC of the time the train authority was canceled.

A

The DRIVER must confirm the train is complete and then cancel the train authority and notify TC the time the TA was canceled
