Motor sx with RADIAL N. X
- inability to extend arm, wrist, finger joints 2. supinate arm 3. abduct the thumb
SENSORY sx with RADIAL N. X
loss of sensory:
- posterior lateral arm and forearm,
- dorsal thumb
- lateral surface of the hand (side of thumb)
- dorsum of the thumb to 1/2 middle finger

Motor sx with Median N. X
inability to:
- flex and oppose thumb
- flex digits 2 and 3
- ape hand
- pronate forearm

Sensory sx with Median N. X
1loss of:
on palmar side: lateral palm
on dorsal side: tip of thumb and digits 2 and 3

Motor sx with Ulnar n. X
inability to
- abudct and adduct fingers other than thumb
- flex digits 4 and 5
- flex and adduct wrist
Sensory sx with ULNAR N. X
LOSS OF:
- medial palm
- all of the pinky and medial side of the 4th digit
Motor sx with Axillary N. X
inability to
abduct arm at the shoulder beyond 15 degrees

Motor sx with MUSCULOCUTANEOUS N. X
inability to:
- flex arm at the elbow
- supinate the forearm
Motor sx with MUSCULOCUTANEOUS N. X
loss of
lateral forearm
Motor sx with FEMORAL N. X
inability to:
- flex leg at the hip
- extend the knee

- plantar flexing
- inverting the foot
- flexing the toes
Sensory sx with Tibial n. lesion
loss of:
- Bottom of foot and toes,
- lateral edge dorsum foot and tips of toes 2 through 5

Motor sx with Superifical fib n. lesion
problems with:
everting the foot

Sensory sx with Superifical fib n. lesion
Loss of
- Dorso-lateral leg
- most of dorsal foot

Motor sx with Deep Fibular N. X
Inability to:
- dorsiflex the foot
- extend the toes
Sensory Sx with Deep fibular n. X
Sensory loss of:
Spot between the big toe
