- loss of epicritic (medial lemniscus)
ipsilateral -
- flaccid paralysis of the tongue (hypoglossal nucleus)

A
clot blocking basialr and its branches (including PCA)
sx
- bilateral blindess (occipital)
- memory loss (temporal)
- somatosensory loss (thalamus)
- coma and death? (reticular?)
6
Q
what does motor sx + blindness suggest
A
ICA occulsion
block
opthalamic –> blindness in one eye
MCA –> motor sx
