LEVEL 1: Novice stage
(adherence to taught rules, little discretionary judgement)
LEVEL 2: ADVANCED BEGINNER
(all aspects = attributes given equal importance)
LEVEL 3: COMPETENT PRACTIONER
(able to perform routine proceadures)
LEVEL 4: PROFICIENT PRACTIONER
(can differentiate between different aspects and situations)
LEVEL 5: EXPERT PRACTIONER
(has deep, implicit, unconscious understanding)
