No Hip flexion greater than 90, adduction (e.g avoid crossing legs) past midline, No internal rotation (rotating upper body), No lyinthe g on operated side

Hip extension, external rotation
No stepping backward, or turning outwards, no crossing legs or sleeping on surgical side
