Or 55 years old or older + trauma
or cannot flex to 90 degrees

Age over 65 OR Dangerous incident OR parathesis > Radiograph

If simple rear-end accident
sitting in ED
able to ambulate
Delayed onset of neck pain
Absent of midline c spine tenderness

Then check cervical rotation
If less than 45 then radiograph
