MEDIAL LOWER LEG, TOP of foot, BIG TOE, Lateral thigh
What is associated with L5 Dermatome
LATERAL lower leg, butt, POSTERIOR and LATERAL thigh, Dorsum of foot and bottom
What is associated with S1 dermatome
PLANTAR and Lateral aspect of foot
What is associated with S2 dermatome
Posterior leg, butt
What myotome is associated with L4
Mainly Tib anterior, some extensor Hallucis
What myotome is associated with L5
Mainly extensor hallucus, but also peroneals, glute medius, plantarflexors and HS
Name muscles involved with S1
Mainly plantarflexors, peroneals, hamstrings, gluteals
What is the difference for myotomes between S1 and S2
S2 doees not include peroneals

Finger flexors, thumb ext
T1
Finger abduction
C7
Finger extension with elbow extension, wrist flexion
C8-T1 brachial plexus
Branches off into medial and posterior cord
Supra scapular nerve and long thoracic nerves
Early C5-C6
Median nerve recieves from
Lateral and medial cords
Posterior cord leads to
posterior cord which leads to radial, axillar, and branches in thoracic region
