Virus/ other adaptions

  • Murine Polyoma Virus (Lab Mice)
  • SV40 -> Rodent tumors
  • Bovine or Goose polyomavirus -> NEPHRITIS (inflammation of kidney)

HUMAN:

  • BK virus: 80-90% sero+ but no symptoms =KIDNEY FAILURE
  • JC Virus: 50-90% sero+, no symptoms
