Allergy

HX: drug allergy, current medication and conditions
Physical assessment: Eye assessment, possibly vision exam, overall general condition.

Adverse Effects
A
Irritation: burning/stinging, blurred vision, lacrimation
Minimal systems effect: blocks the SNS
