A

single or two sperm combine with an egg that has lost its DNA, the sperm re-duplicates to make 46 chromosomes (only paternal DNA present)

A

egg is fertilised by 2 sperm or by 1 sperm that duplicates yielding 69XXY, both maternal and paternal DNA is present
