Median longitudinal fasciculus lesion—inability to perform conjugate gaze w/opposite eye (ex. Rt eye won’t look left when left looks left=Right-sided intranuclear opthalamoplegia w/ lesion in Rt MLF=Area C of Pons; INO common in MS pt’s
